Message on Messenger, or email
Messenger is the fastest route. The help centre has a button that opens a conversation with the support team directly.
If email suits you better, write to hello@chungdoi.com. Email is handy when you need to attach several screenshots or payment records.
Include your invitation link
This is the single most useful thing to send, and the one most often left out. With the link, support can open your actual invitation and see its state straight away instead of asking round after round.
Copy it from the Share button at the top of the editor and paste it into your message.
Describe the problem in terms of what you saw
Say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. One screenshot often replaces a whole paragraph of description.
If it only happens on one device, mention whether you are on a phone or a computer and which browser you opened it in. Many odd faults come from the browser built into a chat app.
For payment problems, add the evidence
Include the time of the transfer, the amount, the payment method, and a screenshot of the successful transaction.
Sending all of it in the first message is much faster, because support can reconcile it straight away instead of asking for each piece.
Carry on in the conversation you already have
If you have messaged ChungDoi before on Messenger or Zalo, continue in that same thread.
Support can read the whole history and does not have to start over. Opening a fresh conversation on a different channel usually makes things slower.
