The email sends itself, with nothing to switch on
ChungDoi sends you a short summary of new guest activity so you do not have to keep checking the guest page. There is nothing to set up.
It goes to your account email address. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder before contacting support.
What is in the email
Each summary can carry two parts: new RSVPs, showing who is coming or cannot make it along with their party size; and new wishes from the guestbook, with the sender's name and their message.
If you manage more than one invitation, they are all combined into a single email.
At most one email an hour
The summary is sent at most once an hour, and only when something new has arrived since the last one.
If nobody replies or leaves a wish, no email is sent at all, so your inbox stays quiet. Busy days bring more emails; quiet days bring none.
See full RSVPs on the guest list
The email is only a quick summary. Answers to your custom RSVP questions, such as a meal choice or how many people are coming, are not included in it.
Tap the view guest list link in the email to open the Guests page. There, the RSVP status filter lets you see who is coming, who cannot make it, and who has not answered yet, each on their own.
Read every wish in the Wishes tab
The wishes in the email are extracts too. The full set lives in the Wishes tab of the Guests page.
That is also where you review them and hide anything unsuitable before the wedding day.
Turning the email off
If you would rather not receive them, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. That turns email notifications off for your account.
Switching the email off loses nothing. RSVPs and wishes are still recorded in full; you simply check the Guests page yourself.
